At Trven, we take pride in our Mugs and Cups. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with the return and refund process.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • Unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Time Frame
You have a 30-day window to return an item from the date it was delivered. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Items with obvious signs of use or damage not caused by our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team at support@trven.shop with your order number.
  • Our team will verify your request and provide you with the correct Return Shipping Address.
  • Securely pack the item and ship it back to us.

Return Label:

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for obtaining and paying for the return shipping label.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.

Refund Processing Time
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Stripe) within 7 Days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@trven.shop.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you in these specific cases.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within our 30-day cancellation window. If the order has already been processed (within 1-2 Days) or shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process after receiving the package.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
